The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen makes an awesome grilled cheese sandwich. We were hanging out at Palm City Brewing when we had a chance to try their mousetrap grilled cheese sandi. We added caramelized onion and beef short rib meat to our sandwiches. It was completely over the top cheesy goodness with craveable greasiness of the short rib.
We will definitely have to stop by their restaurant at some point.
